I'm happy to announce that the work on our new Support Center has been finished:

The Support Center will greatly help us to improve the quality and response time of all support related enquiries of our users.
This ticket based system helps our users as well as our staff to ensure that all enquiries are handled in a satisfactory manner and that no details are lost during the communication process.
