E-Mail Service: Attachment download error fixed

Hi,

Some troublesome E-Mail Service - Attachment download errors have been fixed:

Bugfixes:

  • The download of attachments which contain special characters in their file name now works.
  • Filenames which are MIME encoded (e.g. when they contain umlauts) are now properly decoded and displayed.

Please let me know if I've missed something or if you have further suggestions!
