Small Forum Service changes

Hi,

just now I introduced some minor forum service changes. These changes include were:

- New topics can now only be introduced while being in the "Topic List View" of a forum.
- A better view of the post to reply to has been introduced when composing a reply.
- The post preview when composing a post or reply has been improved.
