According to New era article of today (10 June 2008) the military condom "Protector" was launched yesterday in the capital. The question is do you think this will make a different in the sector (military)? Myself I doubt because condom where readily available country wide but the sector recorded high infection rate. Please lets debate here, what do you think should be done to rescue our country's white blood cells from the deadly disease

To me, its just a waste of time and resources. Condoms are just condoms. Smile condoms are distributed everywhere, they are accessible and free of charge. Others are still affordable(too cheaper) to get unless you want to buy the expensive ones which are still not 100% safe though and yet there was an increase of infection in that same sector. I dont think there will be any difference with that specific military condoms, those who use to use them will keep on using them and those who dont will still keep on doing it! What quarantee is attached to those condoms in relation to their usages? Is there any plan of action to be taken for them to at least, i said at least to reduce the infection rate among military people? How sure are they, that this specific condoms will be put into use?
The good thing to do is to spend more time on educating these people on how deadly the disease is, i am sure they dont. Reduce their alcohol consumptions and act smart.
