osince dr hangala left nampower,it had been failing to mantaining power to the country.
Recently nampower gave zimbabwe utility, i have no idea when zimbabwe going to give us power and when are they going to pay us backs.since shilamba took over things are not going so well,even profit forecasts went and going down.is this guy a qualified engineer or why so failing us.we need a man who can do beta.
Further more, why i say that Dr hangala was best are, nampower employees had always happy with their CEO, salaries wise and benefits and working envorment. He is well educated thus why he run cell one progressing well.
When is the gov.going to look deep into employees salaries,just imagine a friend of mine who hold a degree in accounting and get 6000 n$, in ths life costing too much,what are you going to do with such penies? Hangala still make cell one workers feeling that they ar working.one can buy a car and a house no feeling pain.
But in our country if you are not in favour of dictators, you will end up ousted.
Long life Dr Hangala and keep doing good job to our country.
