Not considering our 2.0ml population, HIV infection continue to spread at very rapid rate.
Few years back, it was declared that uneducated people are at high risk.However, it appears to be the opposite in Namibia of today. It's a shock to witness day-to-day funerals of school teachers, lecturers at institutes of high learnings, high ranking officials and other purely educated individuals.Dear comrades, brothers and sisters, sons and daughters of the Namibian soil, it's time to use our God-given consciousness.
It's totally clear that AIDs pademic in Namibia is a result of ignorance, jealous, alcoholism accompanied by poverty and lack of education in our houses.
So what's your say on this?

There is only one disease worse than Aids: Being allergic to rubber!!
Seriously, I think the Aids campaign was tackled completely wrong from the outset. Rather than telling people to "always use condoms" the emphasis should have been "never sleep around" The way the situation is handled now, people think they are encouraged to hump anything with a hartbeat as long as they use condoms.
Stay faithful to a single partner, and if you get serious in a relationship go for a test BEFORE jumping in bed. That way you wont need condoms to prevent the spread of Aids. Simple, really.

It's freaks and scare me to death to still hear or see the HIV/AIDS infections in Namibia still rising!!and as far as I am concern it will keep on rising unless people do change their sexual behaviour!!! I meant REALLY change!!!!
I think the only best way to combat HIV/AIDS is to stop sleeping around! Because having more than one sexual partner at a time is a key driver of Namibia's devastating HIV/AIDS epedemic.
I just don't get the condom's story!!! I mean,if people are really using codoms then why is the infections still rising???
Please,people don't just "wham bang" with anyone that's comes your way!!!!!!!!!!!!!stay commited and faithful to your one and only,that way,you will put your mind at ease!
Africans are so ignorant (some)and that's LEADING the continent down the drain..................

you are right the only medicine to Aids is stay fiathful and stick to your wife and learn to be a virgin untill you marry and before you marry get tested and know you partner well.
today many people are even marrying widows whoes husband died from the killer desease.
most people are ignorent especialy when they know that they have aids some believ diying alone
is not fair let me spread the desease which in it is murder if you know that you have Aids why do you still want to spread it which is the case in our country and if not careful people are diying
with 2030 some won,t rich because of Aids, for those girls and boys who dates t sugar dadies is better they end the relationship because this sugar daddies are the ones spreading it to young ones and young ones give it to young boys which is our future generation.
and for those boys who are dating sugar mama,s please abstain. because youw won,t know how many are you to that sugar mama or sugar dady. life is a choice we make with our decision concerning aids. is better to be safe than choosing to die it is our responsibilty when it comes to It.
with condoms people condoms are not hundred percenr perfet just like contraception 95% percent.
if you put your trust in condom and you go around with may woman or man the chances of getting Aids are very high those are rubbers

I have been visisting this site for a while now as a guest but I decided to just sign up in order for me to comment.
I realise that alot of people on this site don't make sense at all,they are either busy insulting others or simply just writting RUBBISH! people turned a blind eye on such important topics as this one about HIV/AIDS while debating on or about stupid things!!!
Please people concentrate on more important things and not just talk/write rubbish.
AIDS REALLY KILLS!BE FAITHFUL TO ONE PARTNER WHOM YOU KNOW VERY WELL OR USE A CONDOM BUT I DOUBT IF THE CONDOM WILL REALLY SAFE YOU FOREVER!

Whenever people talking about this scary disease (HIV/AIDS),...or ask me to contribute (saying something about it)....it really take me several seconds of delay in my minds coz i feel like lot has been said; done and think tht i may need new inventory of new words and ways to make people understand. Sure to think about AIDS u must think fro and back, coz this issue got so many strings are attached....yeah i know is difficult to understand. Here we go....
Today we live in the so called one globe one village...where so many cultures are in interaction. For example today is more fancy and fashion to have sex lather than to love. Suppose someone ask among the boys and girls who is a virgin there? how many do u expect to raise their hands? and suppose one raised the hand to claim he/she is a virgin.....lol....how it will be that funny to the group. But it supposed something someone must feel proud ri8?
Again 2days relationship are determined by factors like: careers, education, materials, distance and so on. For example now i am overseas,....and how will be that stupid to tell someone that u have a girl/boyfriends in long distance relationship? isn't just stupid! So in this world love is at narrow point....and lust is more in our minds....and this so called "be faithful" it wont work today.
But one thing is: parents of a particular students are just smiling when she brought a bread home......without asking where is it from. Yeah i understand some people are from poor family esp students at university.....u know 2days' universities are more competitive in materials just so many temptation lol....so here there so called sugar-daddy/mommy and this is their option. And how to insist that person to use condom while he/she is your master.....he/she give u more than wht yr mom can do.....what u must give in return which is not only your body.
About condoms.....pple i dont believe in a condom......but sure it protect u from diseases......but how is that difficult to use a condom to your girlfriend for six to ten months, ....or do marriage couples must use condoms too? how come......or to whom really we must use condom? Me i prefer tested 2gether and know that we are all safe and just keep avoiding pregnant......
One thing is we people we are not honest at all....we are just really talented in our mouths. Some people can tell u how to behave about AIDS....but in reality is not what we are doing. isn't medical official who counseling people, patient at hospital and at night they are wolves hunting students kids.....wowooo! Teachers in schools are running AIDS campaigns and they are the one to pregnate school kids what a hell is really going on in our world.
Thanks for posting this topic lol........am zero-bytes...and am not perfect but just trying. If u dont wanna AIDS to kill u just avoid to open your pants wide lather than tighten them together......AIDS will catch at once and u can jump thousands times without letting u go!
