He obviously lacks basic education (based on the way he writes) and now tries to blame his own personal shortcomings on the Russian University system. What is he studying? I seem to recall him saying he is "second year, studying to become a pilot" That is not done at University, as far as I know. Regarding late payment of pocket money: Since when is a student ENTITLED to pocket money. As a "privelaged" white, I had to WORK to pay my own tuition, buy books, and earn pocket money. I used to work a 10 hour shift as a barman every day exept Sunday, and was enrolled fulltime at UNAM. ( In the early 1990's) My brother, who went to a South African university, had to do the same. We received NOTHING from govt. Even if the money was late, we'd have appreciated it far more than this waste of resources ( Mind your Business) Also, Mr. Mind your Business, Education and Knowledge is Universal, i.e. it does not have an expiry date like a carton of milk. Mathematics 100 years ago is the same as today, and will be the same 100 years from now. The fact that handbooks were printed 1970 - 1987 makes NO DIFFERENCE as to the educational value /content of such works. All this proves is that more civilised people are capable of protecting their resources better. Where in Namibia will you find a handbook that can still be used after 38 years??
