"It takes a million people to build good reputation, but it takes one stupid fool to destroy everything" Is Namibia heading towards that or the NATIONAL RECONSILLIATION policy is working.

Yebo comrade thats how we must approach issues from a developmental perspective............

I think Namibia is taking the same direction where fools can destroy the already fragmented structures............

But the biggest and widely asked questions is " How can we be proactive?"

Maybe Black people should sweep in front of their own door.

The National Reconcilliiation Policy is a document concocted to take the focus off the crimes against humanity commited by sam nujoma's swapo / OPO party. It cannot, and will not, work as long as they keep blaming the Whites for their shit stinking everytime a minister speaks in public.

The AA policy alone is the biggest stumbling block, one which in future may just be the cause of Namibia sliding back into civil war. People born in post independent Namibia simply will not tolerate Institutionalised discrimination against them for an indefinate period. Almost 20 years since Independence, and Govt. is still tickeling the balls of a hungry lion. How long before that lion gets fed-up, and turns around and bite of the hand (or head) of the government??

Be carefull of digging graves, you may end up in them yourself.
