I dont think it was a surprise that the "Brave Warriors" lost to Guinea yesterday. alot of people had redicted the result would be a loss, though not to such an embarassing extent... 4-0!!!
I also dont think that the people should blame the coach at all. There is an underlying problem that urgently needs to be addressed.
The standard of football is very low and all the people at NFA should just hand in their letters of resignation as a matter of urgency.
Then the new executive should look at developing the game at grassroot levels. In the different regions, there should be some sort of soccer academies that will help in the development of the youngsters early.
Failing that i think that we can all give up on the game and start pumping money into the other sports that seem to be able to perform, internationally.
Im about to give up on Namibian football!!!
