The national Rugby Team is on verge of travelling to the Rugby World Cup and already, caoch Johan Venter has been fired. Venter has been fired for not being committed to the squad. This is the man who led Namibia to its qualification. Who should now question his commitment and discipline.
I received an anonimous email lately suggesting that Venter has been suspended coz he does not want certain people to travel to the World Cup as adminstrators?
Namibia Rugby Union, Dirk Conradie has fired and suspended coaches more than any other sports adminstrator in the country. Who is having a problem Dirk or the coaches.
He suspended former coach, Danny and Guele Vermuelen for supporting a player revolt.
I suspect something is weired within the ranks of NRU.Apparenlty the current coach has said he wants to know who is traveling with him for the World Cup coz some of the guys want to go there for partying and to make money.
What do u guys out there think?
Personally, i no longer trust the NRU.

THe KUDU'S
the namibian rugby team is now further down the drain than ever before...... the team lost almost 4 consective matches in a row...... the coach who there which were producing the goods VENTER were fire for uncertain reason which are not yet being diclosed to the public........
he took the team through the qualifing stage and made a respected rugby nation in africa but what's happening now i don't know and than it is happening on the eve of the rugby world cup.....
we serious need to look into our sport coz it seems that everywhere it is just now going like we expected it to be.....
and than the rugby tean received a 3 million sponsorship........... now you must start think what's wrong.......
