Hi,
in case you receive information messages with a subject "failure notice" which are sent from "MAILER-DAEMON@sid.speedwire.net" it means that there were problems delivering the emails you have sent, as the messages come from our automatic mail delivery system.
To find out where exactely the error was you need to have a look at the first lines of the information message. If it reads something like:
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at sid.speedwire.net.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
<email@server.na>:
Sorry, I couldn't find any host named server.na. (#5.1.2)
This simply means that you ether typed in a wrong email address or that this address does not exist anymore.
If other errors were indicated they are mostly related to problems of the mail server of the recipient. If you are unsure you can always post the messages here or contact our support.
