Hi

I'm trying to set up Mozilla Thunderbird so I can read my web.com.na emails at work without going through a browser. I tried the usual pop.web.com.na and mail.web.com.na as the server address, but it does not work. What should I use, please?

Hi Marvin,

thanks for your enquiry! But at this point in time we do not yet offer POP3 eMail Access.

This feature will nevertheless be introduced in the future. Until then please use your web browser to check your eMails. Alternatively you can also set up eMail forwarding (eMail Service -> Preferences -> E-Mail Preferences) - to forward incoming eMails to an external eMail account.
