Hi there, my mail has got a problem. It says my mailbox is full and cannot accept any more messages until I clear up some spaces. I deleted all the messages both in my outbox (send items) and inbox (received items). My username is jay and e-mail address is jay@web.com.na. How can I get my mail working proper again, it's very important. May you respond to the portal support forum please.

Hi tornado,

you did everything right, but probably forgot to empty your trash folder.

When messages are deleted, they are actually not really deleted but moved to the "Trash" folder. This allows you to recover mistakenly deleted messages at a later stage. Almost all modern eMail programs work like this. Nevertheless the messages contained in the "Trash" folder are also counted towards your used eMail space.

To finally free up space you need to empty your trash folder. To do this, simply go to your "Trash" folder and click "Empty Trash". That's all. All deleted messages will finally be purged, the warning message will disappear and you will be able to receive new messages again.

Let me know in case you still have problems.

You know what, you guys are good and I am proud to be a member of such a service provider who attend their clients on time. See, the problem is still ongoing. Like you said, my "Trash" was full, I clear it but that warning meassage is still showing. I am under the impression that there is just a minor problem. What could that be again, especially given the fact that the trash is emptied?

Looking forward to yet another urget reply.

Thank You.
I think that this will help you

You need to delete all the massages in the "Trash" folder again because when you delete the massages from the inbox and in sent items they are just being moved to Trash folder, so now when you deleted all the massages they were only saved to the trash folder.

I think that if you deleted them from the trash folder they will be now deleted for ever and you can start receving your messages without any problem
