There is a lot of automated spamming going on through the gurstbook and email entry pages.
Could you implement a kind of antispam method such as this:?
A new textbox where the person posting has to input something predefined. e.g.
Please put the word NOSPAM into the textbox: [textbox here]
And only if the word is correct can you submit a post.

Hi Michi
thanks for pointing this out to me! I will definitely take this up during the next days depending on when I have time.
I'll probably implement a captcha mechanism similar to the one I use on the new user registration page.

I'd just like to remind you of the captcha system you wanted to implement. It would be great if you could do this soon. The spamming is getting really bad.

Hi Michi,
I have just now installed the captcha system to prevent Formmail, Guestbook and WWWBoard spam postings.
Please let me know if it works and if spam is really reduced.

im not that fimiliar with this chat thing....Im currently not in namibia...its so slow....all the features that are available now doesnt satisfy our needs...wht about private messages,photos of users ect...pls take note of this...
