I'm looking for my lost brother, the last time i saw him was April 1998. his name is Kolnerius Rutenda Hinamunhu. he's Otjiherero speaking from Kunene region. last year i heard he was admitted at NIMT in Arandis, i called them but they couldnt help me. pls any one who know where he is or how i can get hold of him,

if he was admitted in NIMT ,i´ll find out for you then i´ll be goin to Arandis soon,i have two brothers´in Nimt,either one or the other has to know him or their friends,by the way ,are you serious?
